Summary:
This position is responsible from  order entry to invoicing at time of shipment. Individual will additionally support the sales quotation process by obtaining freight estimates / coordinate logistics,  product availability information and customer interaction.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Customer order entry
  • Purchasing of affiliate materials
  • Communication with internal and external customers regarding order fulfillment, e.G. Product availability, special requests from the customer, delivery scheduling
  • Invoicing, issuance of credit and debit memos
  • Scheduling of transportation, including working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Coordination of order fulfillment process with Planning, Scheduling and Quality Department
  • Accurate maintenance of goods issue and billing dates in SAP for effective KPI measurement
  • Non-conforming product follow-up in reference to sales orders
  • Support Demand and Inventory Manager (DIM) with regard to monthly Sales and Operational Planning meetings
  • SAP Master Data management
  • Processing of returned goods

Qualifications: 
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Customer relations, inventory control or production scheduling experience
  • Strong operating knowledge of SAP SD, BW, and MM modules
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Has recommendation of immediate supervisor
  • Experience in domestic and international transportation
  • Experience with letters of credit and performance bonds
  • Outgoing personality with an interest in supporting Sales and customers
