  • Responsible for the managing customer and supplier quality concerns at the  Plant.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a TS 16949 compliant quality system
  • Responsible for implementing and managing  corporate quality requirements at the  Plant.
  • Quality System Representative
  • Represent  company at the customer for quality-related issues
  • Set up and maintain quality systems at the plant
  • Coordinate TS 16949 implementation activities
  • Responsible for stopping the line in case of quality concerns.

 Specific Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure quality-related problems are resolved with production, supplier and customer
  • TS 16949 Management Representative
  • Ensure all inspection records are maintained and procedures followed
  • Ensure all necessary reports, documentation and samples are submitted to customer in a timely manner
  • Train/coach quality engineers and technicians and co-ordinate daily activities at the plant
  • Evaluate proposed designed Control cost with delivery, component supply, and obsolescence management
  • Provide effective leadership to the Quality Department in achieving department and company goals
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through direct communications
  • Ensure delivery of quality products to the customer

  • Minimum five year quality engineering and/or managerial experience in an automotive environment
  • University graduate in Management or Engineering, or related discipline (BS degree preferred)
  • Effective communicator in both oral and written form
  • Skilled problem solver/ Mathematically adept
  • Strong background in Statistics preferred
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, MS Project, etc.)
  • Required Training:
    • PFEMA
    • MSA
    • APQP Basics
