Role(s): Supports automotive manufacture through managing and maintaining PC User Support for corrective and preventative maintenance and investigating and resolving issues.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

General Management / Network System

o Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network devices and systems (switches, routers).

o Install, configure, monitor, and maintain, IP telephony devices (Cisco CM, IP phone, ATA, Cisco Unity Voice Messaging)

o Investigate and solve various network issues that impact end user performance.

o Map and document network architecture.

o Monitor and troubleshoot Wide Area Network issues.

o Monitor and analyze network traffic statistics to identify performance issues.

o Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software and hardware issues.

o Ensure correct installation of cables and peripheral equipment.

o Provide training for new users and introduce our IT Systems.

o Refer all major hardware, software and defective products to proper vendors for service.

Security Systems and Services

o Administrate and monitor security devices (firewall, IPS, anti-virus, DLP, document security, IP, management, NAC).

o Monitor security issues and provide immediate response to internal security threats.

o Administrate Network Access Control systems to block unauthorized attempts to access the MOBIS network.

o Administrate web filtering system to block and log access to dangerous and prohibited web sites.

o Manage and filter internal user access visitor access and temp/contractor access to internal resources.

o Manage Symantec Endpoint Protection security and internal user’ s rights (USB, CD, Video conferencing)

o Manage company’ s IT security system and provide proper support for end user’ s security issue.

o Manage asset inventory log to ensure proper ownership.

o Create and maintain effective communication with software\hardware vendors to ensure proper service.

o Maintain all asset labels ensuring all assets are accounted for and disposed if needed.

MES Support

o Provide support for PDA’ s, barcode scanners, PDP’ s, Panel PC’ s and label printers.

o Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor’ s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Information System or related field.

 0- 5 years of automotive experiences; Module assembly experience preferred

 Internal layered process auditing experience

 PC literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
