Position Summary:

Manages the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Requires 3+ years of managerial experience and ERP systems.


● Supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance and member experience of all Inbound, Outbound and Fulfillment operations for 40-50pp

● Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration and open communication

● Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely

● Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently

● Work closely with (HR, Facilities, Safety and IT) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives

● Track production metrics and utilizing data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management

● Recognize top performance, coach and provide progressive discipline for poor performance

Physical Demands:

● May be required to stand for long periods of time

● Ability to work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow

● Repetitive motions

● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

● May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling of parts

Education Requirements: High school diploma
Experience Requirements:

3-5 years minimum proven leadership in a supervisory or managerial role with developing teams of 20+ within a Fulfillment or manufacturing environment utilizing a WMS/ERP system
Verbal and written communication that is clear, concise and polished
Proven ability to lead process improvements as well as provide solutions when problem solving
