ERP – Business Systems Technology – Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Partnering with stakeholders in all departments to create and maintain an ERP implementation roadmap and project schedule, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders and the Director of Sales and Production Management.

 Able to manage the ERP implementation Initiatives from an IT perspective and facilitate the underlying integration framework and architecture design.

 Working with teams, peers and business partners to define, develop, prioritize and implement strategic plans, disaster recovery plans and testing, other ERP related initiatives, and/or solutions as need be.

 Assisting in the alignment of business goals with application roadmaps and priorities.

 Meet with and receive feedback from stakeholders in order to develop highly collaborative relationships.

 Perform administrative and management tasks necessary to maintain application operation, develop reports, and maintain system security and performance.

 Implement best practices and standards for new system rollouts as well as defining and executing the support methodology to ensure quality of the solution and shorten the time to market.

 Successful track record of working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

 Strategically guide and advise business leaders on ERP capabilities and possibilities.

 Conduct end user training

 Create use cases and test use cases

 Keep informed of new enhancements to the system which affect existing or future functionality.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 Great attention to detail

 Highly responsive to calls and emails; utilizing available tools to track appointments and manage priorities without compromising other responsibilities

 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on role supporting one or more ERP solutions and be able to drill down to the details is required for this position.

 Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft AX, and Systeline.

Educational Requirements:

 Bachelor’ s degree

 Successful track record of working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
